wind vane

a wind vane is on top of the wind turbine.It is used find out where the wind blows and the the wind turbine turn's where the wind is blowing

    I really liked the way you built your wind vane.
    I learnt that you use a wind vane to figure out which way the wind is blowing
    Maybe you could add a bit of color to your wind vane, but only if your allowed too.
